Free German language courses for refugees SoSe 2016 - 19 April 3:30-4:30pm

The Ruhr-Universität Bochum (RUB) is planning projects especially for refugees with an academic background living in and near to Bochum. As German language courses are currently hard to find, one of these projects is concerning language classes and additional offers to get prepared for studying at a university in Germany:

Register here for:

- free German language courses (8 hrs /week)

- additional free offers (4 hrs/ week)

- starting in April 2016

- The German language courses are held by volunteers of RUB, educated in several workshops at our language department "DaF - Deutsch als Fremdsprache"

- The addtional offers will include lectures, excursions and workshop in preperation for studies in Germany.

The German language is the key to open other academic possibilities in the future. Please note that this project is only related to learn the German language, not yet to study in a special study programme. An enrollment as regular student will not be possible.

Nevertheless you will get the opportunity to enroll as a visiting student and participate in lectures and get a discount for dishes at the dining hall.

Please note that a ticket for bus and train is NOT included.
